Singing Bowls is a type of half round shape bowl that produce both sound and vibration and is in used for many centuries. Created through hand hammered process & mixture of 7 metals (Gold, Silver, Copper, Tin, Mercury, iron & lead) which produces both sound and vibration together and have healing frequencies.Singing bowls also known as Tibetan Singing Bowls,ॐ Bowls, Himalayan singing bowls are a type of  bell producing both sound and vibration . Singing Bowls may contains more than two harmonics but there is one fundamental sound. How to play singing Bowls?
Singing bowls are played by striking the rim of the bowl with a rubber of felt sticks or say drum stick. They can also be played by the friction of rubbing a wood or leather wrapped stick around the rim of the bowl to emphasize the harmonic overtones and a continuous 'singing' sound "ॐ"

When singing bowls are hammered or played with the leather stick(rubbed in the edges of bowls) they produce ear friendly sound which have the healing frequencies singing bowls produce "ॐ"sound and vibration and helps in deep relaxation of mind, body and soul.
